Never forget that for eight entire years,
Sam wanted nothing more than to mature
into a stegosaurus. Jimmy can't remember
exactly what he wants, but being able to use
the fire hydrant as a water gun makes the hours
between the Laundromat and the dishwasher
seem so much brighter. Mike asks Jacob
if he has ever tried flicking scissors
into the soggy earth; something
about the way they stick
reads like a flower.
